Please note that submitting your reservation does not guarantee your request as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s advisable to submit your request at least 4 weeks ahead. Payment Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
After submitting your booking request, our team will review availability and confirm whether your requested date and time are available. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a secure invoice with a payment link to submit your deposit.
Your event date is not reserved until the deposit has been successfully received.The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date and will be paid through the secure payment link provided.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that all deposits are non refundable. Party Play Dates experiences are customized for each client, and materials are purchased and prepared specifically for your event once the deposit has been received.
If you need to make changes to your event date, we are happy to reschedule based on availability with advance notice. However, personalized items or materials already prepared for your event may not be transferable.

Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated by our hardworking team members who help create a fun and memorable experience for your guests. Please note that a travel fee may apply depending on your event location.
